Fidélisations

French to English Other Other
Mobile phone products and services. I originally thought of 'customer retention' or 'customer loyalty' but those don't seem to fit, particularly in the first example.

Discussion

suezen Sep 28, 2004:
Googling again, loyalty program seems a good option in the context.
suezen Sep 28, 2004:
Possibility!
suezen Sep 28, 2004:
In that case, could it be promotional offers?
Another possibliter is a fidelity contract.
Non-ProZ.com Sep 28, 2004:
sales staff This is a booklet of procedures for sales staff.
suezen Sep 28, 2004:
Could be. Who gets to read it, the customer or the sales staff?
Non-ProZ.com Sep 28, 2004:
more clarification Development of customer loyalty under some circumstances, but Fidelisations is listed as one of the products sold with a contract, like insurance and a subscription. Therefore, 'customer loyalty' can't really be considered a product. What do you think of Loyalty Program? Does that fit?

loyalty/rewards scheme/program

Clearly what we have here is a program where the customer gets points (which are explicitly mentioned in the last quote), which, if they are to serve any purpose, must be eventually redeemable for something (unlike the points awarded around here). These schemes have various names: rewards schemes, loyalty programs, etc.

Not for grading

I think this refers to longer-length contracts...for example, by signing on for 24 months instead of 12, the customer might be eligible for an additional discount. This could be an "add-on sale" at the time the contract is sold.
