I know the common term is "red de proveedores" but a "red" seems oppressive like the person is trapped into these providers(in essence, they are but we don't want them to think that).
Could the term "círculo de proveedores" be used instead, since you are sort of "looped" into a a group of providers?
It seems less oppressive and, for the sake of marketing, it sounds like you have a choice from a LARGE POOL rather than trapped by a net.
what do you all think?

to me círculo means something closed, instead red is open, where a lot of vendors can work
have you ever heard the term "círculo cerrado"?

Comment: "Thanks everyone. "Red" was my first choice but I just wanted to see what other options were at our disposal and from the looks of it, there are several. "

Discussion
"As a member of XXXXX plan, you are required to have a Primary care Physician. If you don't have a PCP, you can choose one from our network of providers."
Does this help any?
I really like some of the answers provided such as "lista" and "Grupo" because they hit on what the context is trying to convey.
I understand that "red" is a great word-it is the ideal word. Unfortunately, some of the people who are going to read this document do not feel very comfortable with this word because of its implications of being trapped. They asked for a different word and that is what I am trying to provide them. I can't omit the word because obviously it is a very integral part of the context.
