"Contributions" stands for "aportes" (it's part of a Share Program for Employees, when they can purchase shares from the company they work for).
"Salary sacrifice" could be something like "renunciar", but I'm not sure. Any hint?

I agree with you in "remunciar": I don't think you should use "sacrificar" though, as it wouldn't work in this context.
