Die Stelle wird überschrieben als "Invoice Cycle Mgmt. and Tax Cash Settlement", und als Beschreibung folgt dann: "Managing the invoice-cycle related to every kind of provider the company has to deal with. The candidate will work within the Planning and Finance Department of XY.
In particular, the candidate will control that all invoices issued by every single provider will be consistent with the contract signed with the same provider and / or with the order made and approved by the business/function unit responsible for the purchase. The candidate will make sure that every invoice is introduced correctly in the information system and will provide manual cash settlement for those transactions that, being above a certain ceiling - limit, can’t be settled automatically by the information system. From a fiscal standpoint, XY will pay taxes (“Gewerbesteuer” und “Umstzsteuer”) to German Authorities and therefore certain fiscal knowledge related to the German market is important for the candidate, as he/she will have to manage/settle the periodic payments to be made to tax authorities and to keep track of those payments in XY's information system."
