une centaine de mètres
Hundreds est au pluriel, on peut donc penser qu'ils parlent d'au moins 300 pieds (puisqu'ils auraient plutôt utilisé a couple ou a few hundred feet). Une centaine de mètres équivaut à plus de 300 pieds.

: I think that the hype suggests that they would have said 'hundreds' even if it had only been 201', so I think this runs the risk of over-translation.
