Recommended training for legacy Trados users?

I've been using Trados for many years but my last version was 6.5.5. Is this truly for beginners who have never used Trados before to familiarize them with the concept of translation memory etc. and would I be better off taking "New Features"? Hello Birgit,
To check the topics discussed during the course and decide if this is the right training you might wish to check the TOPICS COVERED DURING THE COURSE field available at the training page. As this is mentioned, the course will be of interest to translators who have never used SDL Trados Studio 2011 before and want to get started with the application to be productive from day one. You do not need any special SDL Trados knowledge to take the course; you are expected to have basic understanding of PCs, the Windows operating system and MS Word.
Hope this helps and let me know if you need anything else.
