今週や来週の初めから本格的に企画に取り掛かります。
現時点のところでは、ProZ未登録の方を含めたら10人ぐらいの参加は見込みですが、当日に近づくと共に人数を確実にしていきたいと思います。

After spending a lovely vacation at my in-laws, I am now back in Japan.
I will begin working in earnest on planning this event from the end of this week or the beginning of the next.
At this time, I foresee at least 10 attendees, including folks not registered on ProZ, but I am looking to nail down the number of attendees as we approach the event.

Hi Thomas,
You state the event start at 13:00 but you booked the restaurant from 15:00 to 17:00. Which is right?

In response to the post from Higuchi-san, here are the correct time and location. I am sorry if I stated that incorrectly in one of my e-mails.
Time: 15:00-17:00
Location: El Pancho in Shinsaibash:
Shinsaibashi-suji 1-10-1, Shinsaibashi Tower Bldg 8F. [at entrance to Shinsaibashi Suji mall, opposite Sony Tower]

I'd like to thank Tom for organizing the event. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting fellow translators. The evening of July 25 sounds good to me for the next meeting.
