Non funziona più il tasto «CANC»

Ho installato oggi la nuova versione di Wordfast 5.51t3.
Apparentemente funziona tutto, tranne il tasto CANC della tastiera. Non funziona nemmeno quello del tastierino numerico. E questo avviene solamente con Word, con il programma di posta Outlook invece funziona.
Ricordo che in passato avevo dovuto riattivare il tasto Backspace, ma con CANC non era mai successo.
Qualcuno ha avuto lo stesso problema e sa come si risolve?
