Quickly create a TMX for reference from an Excel file

This morning I had to translate this segment, and I had absolutely no idea what it was about. And I wasn't the only one: the 5 MT systems had no idea either. So I quickly created a TMX file from the Excel file that came with the assignment, and through the German translation (thanks, dear colleague!) I was able to understand what was meant:

Later, I will describe how easy it is in CafeTran Espresso to create such a TMX for reference from an Excel file.
