Complete Your Remoto Profile

  • The interpreter application is organized into five steps: your profile basics, services and languages, rates and platforms, credentials and agreements, then review and submit. Optional equipment details appear after credentials, just before review.
  • Required fields are grouped by step so you can focus on one section at a time. Use Save draft at any step to pause and return later.
  • Optional enhancements — such as intro video, scheduled availability, and equipment details — can be added during setup or anytime after approval.
  • Add all language pairs you can interpret, upload required certifications, and set your timezone correctly.
  • A complete Remoto profile is required for Remoto eligibility

When admin requests more documents

  • If Remoto asks for additional documents, open your profile and go to the Certificates & documents section.
  • You will see a highlighted list of what was requested. Tap Upload next to each item, then choose your file.
  • You can upload a new version even when you already added that document type earlier — for example, a clearer ID photo or selfie.
  • After you upload each item, the row shows Uploaded. Remoto will review your submission.
6

Check Remoto Eligibility Status

  • View your current Remoto eligibility status
  • See pending join requests if any
