Ce modèle d’action favorise la mobilisation et la participation de la société civile lorsque la concertation a échouée. En ce sens, nous vous représentons directement et faisons valoir vos convictions et vos droits devant les tribunaux.
Ainsi, nous allions un travail de recherche juridique qui demeure l’outil le plus adapté pour proposer des solutions et un soutien technique de défense des intérêts du littoral au travers des conseils aux particuliers et aux communes qui nous sollicitent (« Gardiens de la Côte »).
En effet, améliorer le cadre juridique n’a d’intérêt que si, dans les faits, il est mis en œuvre.
Par ailleurs, le simple fait de disposer d’un tel arsenal est également dissuasif dans le rapport de force qui s’installe avec les auteurs de pollution.
Ce type d’intervention s’avère de surcroît particulièrement salvateur car il illustre et concrétise notre combat contre les pollutions marines et l’urbanisation du littoral.

This plan of action promotes the mobilisation and the participation of the public when discussions have failed. In these circumstances, we will represent you directly and advocate your convictions and your rights in the law courts.
Thus, we combine legal research work, which remains the most appropriate tool to propose solutions, and technical support in the protection of coastal interests. We offer advice to private individuals and to towns in need of our support (“Keepers of the Coast”).
In effect, the improvement of the legal framework is meaningful only if it is implemented.
Furthermore, having such support works as a deterrent in the power struggle with the polluters.
This type of intervention also promises to be advantageous because it illustrates and highlights our fight against maritime pollution and coastline urbanisation.
