Source text - English If your work proves satisfactory in the first 30 days, you will continue in a probationary training period, which is typically an additional 30 to 60 days. The probationary training period may be extended at the discretion of leadership. During this time, you will continue with your training, orientation and discussions with your Team Leader. If there are issues with your performance or lack of adherence to the rules, these will be discussed and documented in meetings with you by your Team Leader.
Team Members who work more than eight (8) hours in a shift may receive a second paid break. For example, a Team Member comes in at 8 a.m., takes a half-hour lunch break and leaves at 5 p.m. He is actually scheduled for 9 hours, but works 8.5 hours. Because he is working more than 8 hours in a shift, he may receive an additional 15-minute paid break.
It should be noted that while Team Members can choose to smoke during their break time, no extra time is allotted for "smoke breaks," nor can 15-minute breaks be divided up to accommodate frequent smoke breaks during any shift.

Porque ele está trabalhando mais de 8 horas em um turno, ele pode receber uma pausa de 15 minutos adicional remunerada.

When I was 13 when I stated learning English. When I was 16 I started learning Brazilian Sign Language and soon after that I was involved in translation. When I was 21 I spent some weeks in US working with a Language Project. When I was 32 I moved to Paraguay and learned Spanish and Paraguayan Sign Language. Today I am back in Brazil, I am 47 but still up with English and Spanish.
