I shall present myself both as a translator and on behalf of the agency which I manage.
About myself as a translator:
I graduated in 1984 from the University of Sofia - specialties Arab Studies and English Language.
In 1997 I completed the two-year post graduation course at the University of
National and World Economy in Sofia - specialty: PR and Marketing & Management.
Since 1982 I have been doing translation jobs both as a free lance translator/interpretor and
on permanent employment.
My current emploment is: Sofiska Voda AD, Translation Team Manager

Besides notarized translations of personal and company documents, such as
diplomas, birth certificates etc from/to English and Arabic to/from Bulgarian
I am dealing mainly with technical translations in the fields of civil
engineering and architecture and WSS, and translation of contract documents,
tender documents, court documents, specifications, BOQ, etc.
Since 1984 I am licensed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bulgaria
to do authorized translations.

The translation agency I am a partner in is UNIS - U.S. It was established in 1998. Its office is

Our agency is licensed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bulgaria.
We are doing translation/interpretation jobs from/to all Eurpean languages and
some Asian languages such as Arabic, etc.
We work with a team of sworn translators, either university graduates or
experts in different fields of business and life, such as engineering,
medicine, chemistry drugs and cosmetics.

Prices:

USD 8 - 18/page of target language text (1800 characters with spaces), depending on the language and the type of text, as well as the deadlines.
For specialized and technical texts this price may be increased by 20% to 50%.

Interpretation:

USD 15 - 30/ hour, depending on the language and difficulty.

Nevertheless, all above prices are subject to negotiation in ever specific case.
