Translation - English FIFTH: MONTHLY RENT AND FORM OF PAYMENT. The monthly rent will be set at Eleven Thousand five hundred eighty six dollars of the United States of America with 96/100 (US$11,586.96) for all of the property indicated in this Contract, which includes the monthly maintenance (condominium) payment. The Renter will pay the Landlord the rent on a semester basis in advance during the first five days of the first month of each semester, subsequent to the presentation of the corresponding invoice, which will be provided 30 days in advance and will fulfill all requirements of the Internal Revenue Service. Of the amount invoiced each semester (US$69,521.74), the Landlord will withhold the 8% withholding established in the Internal Tax Laws and its Regulations.
