Antecedentes pre/posnatal: El embarazo de XXXX fue el segundo embarazo. La madre tenía 18 años cuando quedó embarazada con XXXX. Durante el embarazo no se reportó uso de tabaco, alcohol o drogas ilícitas. Él nació en tiempo y pesó 8 lbs. No había complicaciones durante el parto y XXXX salió del hospital con su madre.
Antecedente Médico: XXXX Family Health provee cuidado medico para XXXX. Él no toma medicamentos regularmente. No tiene alergias. Se reportó que sus inmunizaciones están al día. Tiene antecedentes de asma que requirió el uso de un nebulizador pero no ha tenía más síntomas desde que tenía 18 meses. Pre/postnatal History: The pregnancy with XXXX was her second of two live births. The mother was 18 years old at the time of pregnancy. During pregnancy there was no report of cigarette, alcohol, or street drug use. He was delivered at full term weighing 8 pounds. There were no complications during the birth and XXXX was released with his mother from the hospital.
Medical History: XXXX Family Health provides medical care for XXXX. He takes no routine medication. He has no known allergies. Immunizations are reportedly up to date. He has a history of asthma which required a nebulizer but has had no further symptoms since he was 18 months old. Vision and hearing screenings have been attempted, but he has difficulty following the instructions so no definitive results have been obtained.
Developmental History: Milestone achievements are listed below. It appears that his gross motor development was within normal limits; however, his speech and language development has been significantly delayed. His mother reported that XXXX has always been rather quiet. He did not talk or babble much as a toddler. She reported that he mostly cries to communicate. She would ask him to use his words, but he would still just cry. He continues this behavior somewhat but is now able to use single words; however, continues to lack conversation skills.

Source text - Spanish Durante muchas décadas se ha ignorado en España el tema de la memoria histórica y la violación de los derechos humanos durante el franquismo, pero ahora en el nuevo milenio finalmente se han hecho públicas las torturas y violaciones de todos aquellos que estaban en contra de la dictadura. En el mes de junio del presente año en Burgos se ha erigido un monumento en homenaje a todos los represaliados del franquismo y específicamente se inauguró una placa de “agradecimiento a las mujeres por la generosa asistencia que prestaron a los presos”(I.P. 16) republicanos, así que finalmente la dignidad de aquellos que sufrieron persecución ha sido recuperada. Pero antes de este acto histórico ya ha habido en años anteriores intentos de recuperar la memoria histórica española mediante la literatura.
Translation - English For several decades, the topic of the “recovery of the historical memory” and the violation of human rights, which occurred under Francisco Franco’s dictatorship in Spain, has been ignored by the Spaniards, but now, in the new millennium, the torture and violations have been made public. In June of this year in Burgos, a monument was dedicated to all those oppressed by the regime and, specifically, a plaque was inaugurated in “gratitude to all the women who generously helped the Republican political prisoners” (I.P. 16). So finally, the dignity of those who suffered persecution has been recovered. But before this historic act, in the years leading up to this event, there have been numerous efforts to recover the Spanish historical memory through literature.
