I Suoi dati personali verranno trattati, con il suo consenso ove necessario, per le seguenti finalità, ove applicabili:
3.1. Concludere i contratti per l’erogazione dei servizi alla persona ed erogare i servizi di volta in volta richiesti al Titolare. Il trattamento dei Suoi dati per queste finalità trova la sua base giuridica nell' art. 6(1)(b) del Regolamento ([...] Il trattamento è necessario all'esecuzione di un contratto di cui l'interessato è parte o all'esecuzione di misure precontrattuali adottate su richiesta dello stesso). Tale interesse a promuovere solo via email prodotti e servizi analoghi a quelli che Lei ha già acquistato è ritenuto dal Titolare non essere lesivo dei suoi diritti e libertà fondamentali, anche in considerazione del fatto che Lei potrebbe ragionevolmente attendersi detto trattamento. Lei può opporsi fin da subito a tale trattamento oppure, successivamente, in occasione della ricezione di tali comunicazioni;
3.4 Infine, i Suoi dati personali, appartenenti a “categorie particolari" di dati, saranno trattati, previo Suo consenso esplicito, conformemente a quanto previsto dall’art. 9(2)(a) del Regolamento. Tale consenso è facoltativo, ma in mancanza non sarà possibile fruire dei nostri servizi, essendo il conferimento di tali dati un requisito indispensabile per poter usufruire dei servizi alla persona richiesti.
I Suoi dati personali, anche rientranti nel novero delle categorie particolari (quali, ad esempio, i dati relativi al Suo stato di salute), saranno trattati con strumenti automatizzati e non. Translation - English PURPOSE, LEGAL GROUND OF THE SERVICE AND OPTIONALITY OF THE APPROVAL
Your personal data will be used, with your approval when and if needed, for the following purposes, when applicable:
3.1. Close deals for the provision of the services to the individual and provide the services requested time after time to the owner. The processing of your data for these purposes finds its legal ground in the article 6(1)(b) of the regulation (“[...] the processing is necessary in order to make a contract of which the interested individual is part, or to apply to the precontractual measures that are adopted on request thereof”). The provision of your data for the said purposes is optional, nevertheless not providing the data entails the inability of receiving the requested services;
3.2. To conform to eventual requirements laid down from the current laws, from regulations or from the EU communitarian normative, or to conform to requests that come from the local authorities. The processing for this purpose founds its legal ground in the article 6(1)(c) (“[...] the processing is necessary in order to conform to a legal obligation to which the owner of the service is liable”). The provision of your data for the said purposes is optional, nevertheless not providing the data entails the inability of receiving the requested services;
3.3. To carry out marketing via e-mail or mail for services similar to the ones you agreed to, except if given refusal to receive said communications, that you may express when booking the services or in a following instance. The processing for this purpose founds its legal ground in the article 130 co. 4 of the D.lgs 196/2003 and the lawful interest of the owner according to the article 6(1)(f) of the regulation. The said interest in promoting only via e-mail products and services similar to those which you have already bought is considered to be non-violating your rights and fundamental freedoms by the owner, also taking in consideration the fact that you could lawfully expect yourself the said usage. You can oppose yourself to the said usage straight away, or later, when receiving said communications.;
3.4 Finally, your personal data, belonging to the said “specific categories” of data, will be used, given your explicit permission, conforming to the art.(9)(a) of the regulation. Said permission is optional, but without it, it will be impossible to use our services, being the provision of said data essential to the enjoyment of the requested services.
Your personal data, even if part of the list of “specific categories” (i.e. for example, your physical health condition), will be processed with automated or non-automated devices. Specific safety measures are followed to prevent the loss of data, illegal or unlawful usages and non-authorised accesses.
