Source text - English Dear colleagues, Non-Aligned Movement reiterates its grave concern regarding the critical situation in the occupied Palestinian territory, including East Jerusalem, as a result of Israel’s prolonged military occupation and illegal policies and practices. We condemn Israel’s ongoing military raids and aggressions against the Palestinian civilian population, blockade of the Gaza Strip, settlement colonization campaign involving, land confiscation, construction and expansion of settlement , transfer of hundreds of thousands of Israeli settlers, construction of the wall, home demolition and imposition of severe restrictions on movement and hundreds of checkpoints; detention and imprisonment of thousands of Palestinians, forced displacement of Palestinian civilians, reprisals against the civilian population and all other measures of collective punishment against the Palestinian people which are the grave breaches of international law, including humanitarian and human rights law. Unfortunately, our meeting today comes at a time when Israel, the occupying Power, has escalated its military campaign against the Palestinian people, in particular in the Gaza Strip.
Translation - Arabic زملائي الأعزاء، تكرر حركة عدم الانحياز قلقها الشديد إزاء الوضع الحساس للأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة كالقدس الشرقية الناتج عن الاحتلال العسكري الإسرائيلي الذي طال امده وممارساته وسياساته غير الشرعية. نحن ندين الغارات الجوية الإسرائيلية القائمة والاعتداءات على المدنيين الفلسطينيين وحصار قطاع غزة بالإضافة الى حملة الاستيطان الاستعماري والتي تتضمن مصادرة الأراضي، بناء وتوسيع المستوطنات ونقل مئات الالاف من المستوطنين الإسرائيليين، تشييد حائط البراق او الحائط الغربي، تهديم البيوت وفرض قيود صارمة على التحركات وانشاء المئات من نقاط التفتيش، التهجير القسري للمدنيين الفلسطينيين واحتجاز وحبس الاف اخرين، الاعمال الانتقامية ضد المدنيين وكل اجراءات العقوبات الجماعية الاخرى ضد الشعب الفلسطيني والتي تجسد انتهاكا صارخا للقانون الدولي، قوانين حقوق الانسان والإنسانية كافة. لسوء الحظ ينعقد اجتماعنا اليوم في وقت قد تفاقمت فيه الحملة العسكرية لقوة الاحتلال الاسرائيلي ضد الشعب الفلسطيني وتحديدا في قطاع غزة.

Source text - English Islam, Judaism, and Christianity are three of the world’s great monotheistic faiths. They share many of the same holy sites, such as Jerusalem, and prophets, such as Abraham. Collectively, scholars refer to these three religions as the Abrahamic faiths, since it is believed that Abraham and his family played vital roles in the formation of these religions.
Islam began with the Prophet Muhammad. Islam means "surrender" and its central idea is a surrendering to the will of God. Its central article of faith is that "There is no god but God and Muhammad his messenger.”
Followers of Islam are called Muslims. Muslims believe that they are following in the same tradition as the Judeo-Christian figures Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses, and Jesus who they believe were significant prophets before Muhammad.
The Qur'an, the holy book of Islam, provides very little detail about Muhammad’s life; however, the hadiths, or sayings of the Prophet, which were largely compiled in the centuries following Muhammad’s death, provide a larger narrative for the events in his life (although there is significant debate in the Muslim world as to which Hadiths are accurate).

بدأ الإسلام بالنبي محمد وأصل كلمة الإسلام هو "الاستسلام" ومحوره الاستسلام الى إرادة الله. ركن الايمان الأساسي للإسلام هو "لا إله الا الله، محمد رسول الله." يطلق على متبعي الإسلام "المسلمين" وهم يؤمنون انهم يتبعون نهج نفس الأشخاص الذين ينتمون لليهودية-المسيحية مثل آدم ونوح وإبراهيم وموسى وعيسى أهم الأنبياء قبل ظهور محمد بالنسبة للمسلمين.
يوضح الكتاب المقدس للإسلام القرآن الكريم القليل من التفاصيل عن حياة محمد؛ ولكن الأحاديث او اقاويل النبي والتي تم تجميعها بشكل كبير في القرون التي تلت وفاة محمد تسرد قصته بشكل أكبر (هناك جدال كبير في العالم الإسلامي عن ماهية صحة هذه الأحاديث).

Christianity, major religion stemming from the life, teachings, and death of Jesus of Nazareth (the Christ, or the Anointed One of God) in the 1st century CE. It has become the largest of the world’s religions and, geographically, the most widely diffused of all faiths. It has a constituency of more than two billion believers. Its largest groups are the Roman Catholic Church, the Eastern Orthodox churches, and the Protestant churches. The Oriental Orthodox churches constitute one of the oldest branches of the tradition but had been out of contact with Western Christianity and Eastern Orthodoxy from the middle of the 5th century until the late 20th century because of a dispute over Christology (the doctrine of Jesus Christ’s nature and significance). Significant movements within the broader Christian world and sometimes transcending denominational boundaries are Pentecostalism, Charismatic Christianity, Evangelicalism, and fundamentalism. In addition, there are numerous independent churches throughout the world.
While the Gospels agree that Jesus proclaimed the eschatological kingdom of God, they offer different versions of his view of that kingdom. One is that the kingdom of God exists in heaven and that individuals may enter it upon death (Mark 9:47). Since God’s power is in some respects omnipresent, Jesus may have seen “the kingdom,” in the sense of God’s presence, as being especially evident in his own words and deeds. The parable that the kingdom is like yeast that gradually leavens the entire loaf (Matthew 13:33) indicates that Jesus may have understood the kingdom of God to be beginning in the present. These other ways of viewing the kingdom do not, however, dominate the teaching of Jesus in the Synoptic Gospels. Statements about the heavenly kingdom, or the kingdom as partially present on earth, do not negate the eschatological nature of Jesus’ message. The essence of his teaching is that the kingdom would come to earth in its full power and glory, at which time God’s will would be done “on earth as it is in heaven” (Matthew 6:10). Jesus died before heaven came down to earth, and this, coupled with the Resurrection appearances, led his followers to expect him to return in the near future, ushering in the kingdom and ruling in God’s stead.

المسيحية هي أحد الأديان الرئيسية وتنبع من حياة وتعاليم ووفاة يسوع الناصري (المسيح أو المختار) في القرن الأول من التقويم الميلادي وقد أصبح أكبر الأديان واوسعها انتشارا على المستوى الجغرافي. يبلغ عدد أنصار المسيحية أكثر من اثنين مليار مؤمن. أكبر كنائسها تشمل الكنيسة الرومانية الكاثوليكية والكنيسة الشرقية الارثوذوكسية والكنائس البروتستانتية.
تشكل الكنائس المشرقية الارثوذوكسية إحدى أقدم فروع المسيحية، ولكنها فقدت اتصالها مع المسيحية الغربية والارثوذوكسية الشرقية من منتصف القرن الخامس الى أواخر القرن العشرين بسبب نزاع حول علم دراسة المسيح (العقيدة حول طبيعة المسيح واهميته).
يشمل العالم المسيحي الواسع العديد من الحركات الهامة التي تتجاوز أحيانا حدود الطائفية مثل مذهب الخمسينية والمسيحية الكاريزمية ومذهب الانجيلية ومذهب الأصولية وفضلا عن ذلك يوجد العديد من الكنائس المستقلة حول العالم.
تتفق الاناجيل حول تبشير المسيح بمملكة الرب الأخروية بينما تختلف في رؤياها لتلك المملكة. تقول احدى تلك الرؤى ان "مملكة الرب موجودة في السماء ويمكن للناس دخولها عند موتهم " (مرقص 9:47).
من الممكن ان المسيح قد رأى المملكة على اعتبار ان قوة الرب كلية الوجود من عدة أوجه كما يتضح في اقوال وافعال المسيح. يُضرب المثل ان "المملكة مثل الخميرة التي تخمر تدريجيا رغيف الخبز كله" (متى 13:33) وهذا يشير الى إمكانية ان المسيح قد فهم ان مملكة الرب سوف تبدأ من الحاضر.
على الجانب الأخر هناك روءاً لا تطغى على تعاليم المسيح كما يوجد في الاناجيل الموازية السينوبتيكية. القول بأن مملكة السماء او المملكة فقط لوجود جزء منها على الأرض لا ينفي الطبيعة الأخروية لرسالة المسيح فجوهر تعاليم المسيح هو أن المملكة سوف تأتي الى الأرض بكامل قوتها ومجدها وحينها "ستكون مشيئة الرب كما هي في السماء كذلك على الأرض" (متى 6:10).
توفي المسيح قبل نزول مملكة السماء الى الأرض وهذا الأمر مضافا اليه ظهوره بعد قيامته دفع متبعيه الى التصديق في عودته في المستقبل القريب مبشرا بالمملكة وحاكما باسم الرب
