I have been working in tourism and hospitality for the last 20 years as a tourist guide and as part of a hotel team.  For 12 of those years I have been the Front Desk Manager of a 4-star business hotel with 372 rooms. I communicate daily in 4 languages in both written and spoken form. Interpreting and translating is my daily routine and this includes not only tourism but also history, economics, health and other areas related to the guest stay and the hotel industry.
