Source text - English The Council of International Programs in Chicago (CIP Chicago) is an affiliate of the Council of International Programs USA (CIPUSA), a national organization developed under the Eisenhower Presidency to foster international understanding through cross-cultural exchanges and training. CIPUSA and its affiliates recruit highly qualified professionals from abroad and place them in U.S. businesses and nonprofits. Since it’s founding in 1956, CIPUSA has brought over 15,000 international professionals from 147 countries to the U.S. for work-based training in a variety of professional disciplines.
