Bio

My name is Federica and I was born in Treviso, Italy. I graduated in Literary Translation from the École de Traduction et Interprétation ISTI-Cooremans in Brussels, Belgium, where I lived and studied for five years. I currently live in Turin where I carry on my activity as a freelancer.

I collaborate with international translation agencies and direct clients on projects from French, German and English into Italian, mainly providing translation and proofreading services, and occasionally MT post-editing too.

My main working fields are communication and marketing (e-commerce, blogs, websites and digital content) for local manufacturing companies and the tourism industry. I have experience in software, UI and e-learning localization. I also translate projects and documents for various associations and NGOs in the humanitarian and international cooperation fields.

Concerning literary translation, I have translated a French essay by Christie Vanbremeersch, Kaizen, which was published by Giunti in September 2020. In December 2022, my second literary translation was published by Corraini Edizioni: the English essay Design without Project by Octavi Rofes, bilingua edition.
