This NON-CIRCUMVENTION/NON- DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT is between

as of the date affixed to the signatures on the second and last page hereof.
............................... Limited and the Client, and their respective officers, representatives, agents,
consultants and affiliated companies, constitute the PARTIES to this AGREEMENT, as outlined in
the following paragraphs.
................................. Limited and the Client agree to exchange and discuss certain confidential
information, documentation, plans, company material and other, related to projects, clients,
financing contacts or business, in order to evaluate and implement the structure of the client or a
possible financing transaction, acquisition, investment, joint venture, merger, consolidation or
other business activity.
1. Both PARTIES shall keep all information exchanged or discussed confidential for a period of five
(5) years from the date of its disclosure. During this period, information shall not be disclosed to
any third parties, without prior written consent of either party, except as authorized herein.
2. Dissemination of Confidential Information, by either of the PARTIES, shall be limited to their
employees, consultants, agents, clients and financial schemes, etc., whose duties require them to
use the information, on the basis of a clear understanding by such persons of their obligations to
maintain the confidentiality of the information and to restrict its use. Both PARTIES shall properly
notify each other of any such dissemination of Confidential Information.
3. Both PARTIES shall abide by the spirit of non-interference and non-circumvention regarding
business relationships established by and/or introduced to by either party. Both PARTIES agree to
refrain from circumventing the other party in any dealings with clients, persons, or organizations
introduced by the other party, either in person or by fax, telephone or mail.
4. Specifically, the Client agrees to refrain from circumventing ............................... Limited, either
directly or indirectly, in any dealings, or other entities, introduced to the Client by the

5. This AGREEMENT shall be binding to both parties and their successors and assigns. In addition,
the obligations shall be binding upon any and all directors, officers, employees, contractors and

with existing business relationships may cause significant, immediate and irreparable harm to the

3. Entrambe le PARTI adotteranno uno spirito di non-interferenza e non-circonvenzione riguardo i rapporti lavorativi stabiliti da e/o presentati da una delle Parti all'altra. Entrambe le Parti convengono di astenersi dall'eludere l'altra parte in trattative con clienti, persone, oppure organizzazioni presentati dall'altra Parte, sia di persona che via fax, per telefono o mail.
4. Specificatamente, il Cliente si impegna a non danneggiare ...................Limited, né direttamente né indirettamente, in eventuali trattative o aziende presentate al Cliente da ..................Limited.
5. Questo Contratto sarà vincolante per entrambe le Parti e per i loro successori e cessionari. Inoltre, gli obblighi saranno vincolanti per tutti gli amministratori, funzionari, impiegati, contraenti e organizzazioni.
6. Ciascuna PARTE riconosce che la divulgazione di Informazioni Riservate o l’Interferenza con rapporti lavorativi esistenti potrebbe arrecare un immediato danno grave e irreparabile all’altra. Il decorso della malattia è caratterizzato da tre distinte fasi cliniche, dal momento del contagio fino alla malattia conclamata. La fase iniziale dell’infezione acuta primaria è rappresentata dal periodo immediatamente successivo al contagio. Nelle prime settimane di infezione gli anticorpi specifici contro l’HIV non si sono ancora formati, per cui il test per la diagnosi di sieropositività risulta negativo. Durante questa fase è in corso una lotta tra il virus e il sistema immunitario, il cui esito andrà a influenzare la successiva evoluzione della malattia. Un precoce inquadramento di una infezione acuta da HIV può essere molto importante, in quanto è stato dimostrato che, se viene iniziata al più presto la terapia antiretrovirale (HAART) , si ottengono ottime risposte in termini di riduzione della carica virale e quindi della futura evoluzione dell’infezione. La fase successiva dell’infezione è la cosiddetta infezione asintomatica, caratterizzata da un lungo periodo di latenza clinica. Durante questa fase la replicazione del virus nelle cellule del sangue è assente o molto bassa, mentre invece si mantiene sempre alta a livello delle ghiandole linfonadali. Questa persistenza provoca una lenta ma graduale perdita di linfociti CD4+. La durata di questa fase è molto variabile, e può essere influenzata da vari fattori, tra i quali soprattutto l’impiego di una terapia antiretrovirale. La fase successiva è rappresentata dallo stato di malattia, caratterizzato da una fase ARC (complesso AIDS-correlato) che precede la malattia conclamata se non si interviene con la terapia antiretrovirale. La fase di malattia conclamata, definita con il termine di AIDS, ha inizio con il comparire delle infezioni a cui è esposto l’organismo per la marcata riduzione dei linfociti CD4+. E lo studio dell’EuroSIDA group, pubblicato sulla rivista Lancet, ha analizzato proprio i cambiamenti che si sono osservati nella presentazione clinica delle patologie AIDS-correlate, dopo l’introduzione della terapia antiretrovirale.

During this stage, the virus is fighting against the immune system, the result of which will determine the following evolution of the disease. An early diagnosis of acute HIV infection can be very important, as it has been proved that, by beginning the antiretroviral therapy (HAART) as soon as possible, we obtain great responses in terms of reduction of viral load and therefore of the further development of the infection. The following stage of the infection is the so-called asymptomatical infection, characterized by a long time of clinical latency. During this stage, viral replication in blood cells is absent or very low, while it always keeps very active in the lymph nodes. This persistence causes a slow but gradual loss of CD4+ lymphocytes. The duration of this stage can vary greatly, and a number of factors, especially the use of an antiretroviral therapy, can influence it. The following stage is represented by the state of disease, characterized by an ARC stage (AIDS-related complex) which precedes the full-blown disease if not treated with antiretroviral therapy. The full-blown disease stage, defined with the term AIDS, begins with the appearance of the infections to which the body is exposed to because of the heavy decrease in CD4+ lymphocytes. And the EuroSIDA group’s research, published on the Lancet magazine, has precisely analyzed the changes observed in the clinical presentation of AIDS-related pathologies, after the introduction of antiretroviral therapy.

Soumise à des influences climatiques variées, l’Alsace dispose d’une richesse de milieux naturels qui séduira les amateurs de tourisme vert et de tourisme fluvial.
Région d’eau grâce à sa nappe phréatique, l’Alsace offre une nature généreuse et luxuriante. Jungles rhénanes sur l’Ile de Rhinau, paysages de plaine couverts de parcs et jardins, forêts abondantes à l’image de la forêt d’Erstein, diversité biologique exceptionnelle dans la Petite Camargue alsacienne…
L’Alsace compte deux Parcs Naturels Régionaux qui ont su préserver une multitude de biotopes remarquables et abritent une faune et une flore inattendues : le Parc Naturel Régional des Ballons des Vosges et le Parc Naturel Régional des Vosges du Nord ainsi que 21 réserves naturelles qui protègent le patrimoine naturel remarquable de la région.
En dehors de ces formidables abris pour la faune et la flore, l’Alsace compte nombre de sites remarquables. Point culminant de la région, le Grand Ballon offre une vue unique sur la plaine et la Forêt Noire. Les légendes entourant les Cascades du Nideck, et leur environnement frais et boisé, invitent à l’évasion tout comme le Massif du Donon à Grandfontaine qui regorge de vestiges témoins d’un passé mystique. Le Lac Blanc, qui tient son nom de la couleur du sable cristallin de son fond, est situé non loin de la commune d’Orbey, à 1 055 mètres d’altitude. Il occupe un cirque glaciaire naturel, dans un cadre composé de rochers et de sapins. De nombreuses activités de pleine nature y sont possibles. Aux quelques 600 km de sentiers de randonnée s’ajoutent 250 km de circuits VTT et un parc aventures.
Le lac est dominé par un rocher en forme de forteresse, appelé le « Château Hans ». Une légende raconte qu’un cruel seigneur vivait dans le château qui surplombait jadis le roc et terrorisait la population. Aujourd’hui, le « Château Hans » est avant tout un excellent point de vue permettant d’admirer le Lac Blanc.

Il Lac Blanc (Lago Bianco), che deve il suo nome alla sabbia cristallina presente sul fondale, si trova vicino al comune di Orbey, a 1055 metri di altitudine. Il lago si trova in un cratere glaciale naturale, circondato da una cornice di rocce e pini: qui è infatti possibile svolgere numerose attività all’aria aperta. A circa 600 km di percorsi escursionistici, si aggiungono 250 km di percorsi MTB e un parco avventura.
Il lago è dominato da un roccione a forma di fortezza, detto «Castello Hans». Una leggenda narra che, nel castello che un tempo sovrastava la roccia, vivesse un signore crudele, che terrorizzava la popolazione del luogo. Oggi, il «Castello Hans» è soprattutto un ottimo punto di osservazione che permette di ammirare il Lac Blanc.
