Italian-English and Spanish-English Translations

I am a native British English speaker who has had a love for languages since a very young age. I am a qualified linguist, having graduated with a BA (Hons) in Italian and Spanish with Catalan from the University of Manchester and then having completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Translation and Interpreting Studies from the same university.

I have gained a high level of both cultural and linguistic knowledge of my foreign languages and the countries where they are spoken as I have worked or studied in Italy and Spain and I continue to visit these countries and maintain contact with native speakers on a regular basis.

My specialisms and working fields were chosen due to love of or involvement in the field. For example I have previously worked in banking and as a Trinity CertTESOL qualified English teacher. As a translator, I am highly attentive to detail and I research all topics which I am given to translate by reading as much as possible and becoming familiar with the particular terminology and style.

I take pride in my work and deadlines are always strictly observed. Often the translated documents are delivered ahead of time. I provide a highly professional, reliable and quality service. My number one priority is my client’s satisfaction.
