A tiempo de expresarles nuestro cordiales saludos, le escribimos a razón de tener un mayor conocimiento del estatus de la federación Boliviana de Ski y Andinismo (FEBSA) en la Federación Internacional de Ski. En pasadas fechas hemos recibido una correspondencia de Jolanda Bruelisauer, Asistente de Presidencia donde nos indican que la FEBSA puede inscribir a los atletas en los diferentes campeonatos que homologa la Federación Internacional de Ski (FIS) y nos indica que el status de la FEBSA se determinara en la reunión del consejo de la FIS a realizarse en el mes de Junio.
El motivo de esta nota es para poder conocer si podemos acceder a los fondos que la FEBSA obtenía del apoyo de la FIS, los mismos fondos que utilizábamos para el pago de las cuotas de membrecía con el debito correspondiente. Por tal motivo le solicitamos nos pueda informar sobre este tema y si tenemos alguna deuda con la FIS para que este hecho no sea un motivo de nuestra desafiliación, asimismo le agradeceríamos nos pueda informar de cómo realizar el pago correspondiente.
Esperando recibir noticias pronto sobre el tema, le enviamos un fraternal saludo desde Bolivia y esperando estar nuevamente integrando la familia de la Federación Internacional de Ski.

We are writing to enquire more about the status of the Bolivian Ski and Mountaineering Federation (Federación Boliviana de Ski y Andinismo FEBSA) in the International Ski Federation. Recently we received correspondence from Jolanda Bruelisauer, the President’s Assistant, who points out that the FEBSA can enroll athletes on the various championships that the International Ski Federation (FIS) homologates and, that the FEBSA's status will be determined at the FIS council meeting to be held in June.
The purpose of this letter is to know whether we can access the funds that FEBSA obtained from the FIS support which we used to cover the membership dues with the corresponding debit. Therefore, we ask you to let us know about it and whether we have any debts to the FIS so that this is not a cause for our disenrollment, also we would appreciate you can tell us how to effect the payment.
Looking forward to hearing from you about it and hoping to be part of the International Ski Federation family again, we send you greetings from Bolivia.
