English to Romanian: Binding arbitration of fee and other disputes
Source text - English If any controversy or dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement, your use of the Site, the Services provided to you by Company, or any other matter related to the relationship between you and the Company, even if arising after termination of this Agreement, cannot be resolved through mutual agreement, the sole means of resolving the controversy will be binding arbitration under the auspices of the Australian Arbitration Association ("AAA") in the State of Queensland, Australia, in accordance with the AAA's then-existing Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration award may be enforced as a judgment by a court of competent jurisdiction. In 2001 I graduated as a linguistic science major setting out on a teaching career in the national education system in Romania.
Subsequently, in 2005 I started a close collaboration with the legal profession followed by my joining a law office in Bucharest. In 2009 I was granted the licence to act as official translator and interpreter with the Department of Justice in Romania and the Appeal Court. Since 2005 I have been an active English translator covering mainly legal and website localisation services. Starting with 2009 I have been providing online localization services for user interfaces, either for whole online platforms or just for landing pages or subpages in different sections of websites.
I have a passion fueled by my interest in English language and I do consider I earned the required skills to step up to new challenging translation and writing projects and to adhere to the level of professional standards expected by my clients.
