Translation - English If you come across a website in a foreign language that you want to read, you are able to use Google Translate to translate it. But it does not import the Web addresses of Facebook pages. However, according to a report from Inside Facebook, Facebook is busy developing a similar service to be tested by Facebook. It is not immediately obvious initially, because your friends are people you are communicating with in a language you can read and write. Japanese who cannot read or write English can therefore not become a friend of a Dutch person who does not understand Japanese.

Bio
I grew up in a fully bilingual family. My father was (British) English, and my mother Dutch. As a consequence, we spoke both languages fluently in our home, although I was educated in English.
I have always had a great love and respect for the English language, and began my career as a journalist. I have been a freelance writer (in English – both UK and USA) for over 30 years, and have published fiction, non-fiction, articles etc in newspapers and magazines offline, as well as working freelance online for the past ten years.
I became interested in translating a number of years ago, and have been an online freelance translator for over 3years. I enjoy the work immensely as it allows me to do what I love best: working with languages.
