a).- PARA PLEITOS Y COBRANZAS, con todas las facultades generales y aún las especiales, que requieran poder o cláusula especial conforme a la Ley, o sea, sin limitación alguna en los términos del primer párrafo del artículo dos mil quinientos cincuenta y cuatro del Código Civil para el Distrito Federal, del dos mil quinientos ochenta y siete del mismo ordenamiento legal y de sus correlativos o concordantes en los Códigos Civiles de los demás Estados de la República Mexicana, entre las que de una manera enunciativa mas no limitativa, se citan las siguientes:

I.- Para promover y desistirse, inclusive del juicio constitucional de amparo;

II.- Para transigir;

III.- Para comprometer en árbitros;

IV.- Para absolver y articular posiciones;

V.- Para recusar;

VI.- Para recibir pagos;

POWER OF ATTORNEY:

a). FOR LITIGATION AND COLLECTIONS, with all the general powers and even the special powers which by law require a special power or clause, i.e., without any limitation in the terms of the first paragraph of Article Two Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-four of the Civil Code [Código Civil] for the Federal District of Mexico, Article Two Thousand Five Hundred Eighty-seven of the same legal code, and their counterpart or concordant provisions in the Civil Codes of the other States of the Republic of Mexico, including but not limited to, the following:

I. to file and desist from lawsuits, even the constitutional relief proceeding [the so-called writ of "Amparo"];

II. to settle an action;

III. to submit to arbitration;

IV. to answer and prepare interrogatories;

V. to recuse the judge;

VI. to receive payments; and

ARTICULO 14.- Las fuentes fijas de contaminación existentes a la fecha de promulgación de esta ley, dispondrán de plazos que fijarán las reglamentaciones respectivas, a fin de adecuar la emisión de contaminantes a niveles inferiores a los máximos permisibles. El otorgamiento de estos plazos queda supeditado en cada caso a los estudios y evaluaciones que realicen las autoridades sanitarias.

ARTICULO 15.- Dentro de los términos que especifiquen las respectivas reglamentaciones, todas las fuentes fijas capaces de producir contaminación atmosférica, deberán obtener su habilitación de funcionamiento, que será renovada con la periodicidad que determine la autoridad competente. La autoridad de aplicación queda facultada para fijar las tasas que correspondan por la retribución del servicio.

ARTICLE 14. Existing stationary sources on the date of enactment of this law shall be given the periods established in the relevant regulations by which to adapt the emission of pollutants to within the maximum permissible levels. The granting of these periods is in each case subject to the studies and assessments performed by the sanitary authorities.

ARTICLE 15. Under the terms specified by the respective regulations, all stationary sources capable of causing air pollution must obtain an authorization to operate, to be renewed at the intervals determined by the competent authority. The enforcement authority has the power to set the applicable rates for payment of the service.

8.4.12 En un estudio cruzado de dosis única la administración de los medicamentos debe estar separada por un periodo de lavado, para garantizar la eliminación de la dosis previa del fármaco residual antes de administrar la siguiente; el periodo de lavado debe ser por lo menos de siete vidas medias del fármaco bajo estudio.

8.4.13 En general es suficiente llevar a cabo estudios de dosis única.

8.4.13.1 Cuando no es factible diferenciar concentraciones basales a una dosis convencional, el incremento de una dosis única para fines de cuantificación podrá ser aceptado en casos excepcionales, siempre y cuando esta dosis no sobrepase la dosis máxima tolerada por día, lo cual debe estar previamente justificado en el protocolo clínico y autorizado por la COFEPRIS.

8.4.14 En estudios con dosis múltiples para asegurar que el estado estacionario se ha alcanzado, a cada sujeto de investigación, se le deben tomar como mínimo tres muestras en Cmín antes del intervalo de tiempo en el cual se va a estudiar la bioequivalencia.

8.4.12 In a single-dose crossover study, administration of the medications must be separated by a washout period to ensure removal of the residue of the previous dose of the drug prior to administering the next one; the washout period must be at least seven half-lives of the drug under study.

8.4.13 Generally it is sufficient to conduct single-dose studies.

8.4.13.1 When it is not feasible to differentiate basal concentrations at a conventional dose, the increase of a single dose for quantification purposes may be accepted in exceptional cases, provided this dose does not exceed the maximum tolerated dose per day, which must be previously rationalized in the clinical protocol and authorized by COFEPRIS.

8.4.14 In multiple-dose studies to ensure that the steady state has been reached, at least three samples at Cmin must be taken before the time interval in which the bioequivalence is going to be studied.
