Source text - Arabic الإسلام لم يجعل مطلق السرقة موجبا للحد، فلابد من بلوغ النصاب ، وألا يكون فاعلها محتاجا إلى الطعام والشراب.
كما أن الذي يقوم بالسرقة يجب أن تتوافر فيه خمسة شروط حتى يعتبر سارقا، وهي: أن يكون مكلفا ، وأن يقصد فعل السرقة، وألا يكون مضطرا إلى أخذ مال الغير لجوع ونحوه، وأن تنتفي الجزئية بينه وبين المسروق منه، كأن يكون السارق أبا للمسروق، وألا تكون عنده شبهة في استحقاقه ما أخذ، كأن يكون له حق عند الغير، تحايل لأخذه، وإن كان هذا حراماً، لكنه لا يجعل من الفعل موجباً لإقامة الحد.

- عَنْ نُعَيْمٍ الْمُجْمِرِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ t عَنْ النَّبِيِّ r أَنَّهُ قَالَ :)إنَّ أُمَّتِي يُدْعَوْنَ يَوْمَ القِيَامَةِ غُرّاً مُحَجَّلِينَ مِنْ آثَارِ الْوُضُوءِ( . فَمَنْ اسْتَطَاعَ مِنْكُمْ أَنْ يُطِيلَ غُرَّتَهُ فَلْيَفْعَلْ .

وَفِي لَفْظٍ لِمُسْلِمٍ : رَأَيْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَتَوَضَّأُ , فَغَسَلَ وَجْهَهُ وَيَدَيْهِ حَتَّى كَادَ يَبْلُغُ الْمَنْكِبَيْنِ , ثُمَّ غَسَلَ رِجْلَيْهِ حَتَّى رَفَعَ إلَى السَّاقَيْنِ , ثُمَّ قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ r يَقُولُ: )إنَّ أُمَّتِي يُدْعَوْنَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ غُرَّاً مُحَجَّلِينَ مِنْ آثَارِ الْوُضُوءِ( فَمَنْ اسْتَطَاعَ مِنْكُمْ أَنْ يُطِيلَ غُرَّتَهُ وَتَحْجِيلَهُ فَلْيَفْعَلْ .

غُرَّاً : الغُرَّة : بياضٌ في وجهِ الفرسِ ، أُطْلِقَتْ على نورِ وجوهِهِمْ المُشَبَّهَةِ بغُرَّةِ الفَرَسِ .
محَجَّلينَ : من التحجيلِ وهو بياضٌ في قوائمِ الفرسِ . والمرادُ بذلك النورُ الذي يعلو وجوهَهُمْ وأَيدِيَهُمْ وأَرْجُلَهُمْ يوم القيامة ، وهذا من خصائصِ هذهِ الأُمَّةِ .
الحِلْيةُ : حليةُ النورِ التي تبلغُ مابلغَ ماءُ الوُضوءِ .
Translation - English Islam did not justify the absolute theft as a reason for severe punishment, so it must reach the quorum and its doer must not be in need of food and drink.
Five terms should be available in the theft perpetrator so as to be considered a thief, which are: to be an adult, to be doing the theft intentionally, not to be compelled to steal others money for hunger and likewise, there should not be any relation between him and the person he stole from, as if being a father to the person from whom he has stolen. There should not be any suspicion in respect to the entitlement he has taken, as if regaining his due rights from others' hands through manipulation. That is surely a taboo, but it does not set that act of stealing as an obligation for fulfilling the severe punishment.

Nu'aim al- Mujmir reported from Abu Huraira ( may Allah bless him) from the Messenger ( may peace be upon him) he said: { My people would come with bright faces and bright hands and feet on account of the marks of ablution} . So he who can increase the lustre of his forehead should do so.

In Muslim's statement: I saw Abu Huraira performs ablution. He washed his face and hands up reaching almost to the shoulders.He then washed his feet and reached up to the shanks, then he said: I heard Allah's Messenger ( may be peace upon him ) say: { My people would come with bright faces and bright hands and feet on account of the marks of ablution } so he who can increase the lustre of his forehead and that of his hands and legs, let him do that do .

Lustre: it is the whiteness in the horse' face and feet.
It was named after the brighteness of their faces that is similar to the horse' lustre.
It is meant that the light is above their faces, hand and feet on the day of resurrection, that is one of the characteristics of this nation.
Adornament: light adornament would reach places where water ablution reaches.

Their aim is to find ensuring ways to promote the Bahraini woman. They are adopting policies that contribute to represent the facilities and the incentives for encouraging women to invest in new economic activities and fields. They try to lessen the difficulties that confront the investing woman, and which hinder her contribution in the comprehensive economic development. That is in addition to the exchange of researches, studies, experiences, statistics, and information that is performed in the economic status field. Nevertheless, holding of conferences and seminars activities, for developing and re-enforcing woman's economical contribution.

يمكن أن تؤدى هذه الأنواع من رد الفعل إلى سوء الفهم، والإحباط، والتوتر، وبالتحديد بين الشخص المصاب بالخرف ورفيق الرعاية. ومن المهم إدراك أن الشخص المُصاب لا يتصرف بهذه الطريقة عن عمد.
Translation - English The Alzheimer and the Senility diseases connected to it cause the person to do completely weird and unexpected actions. The behavior of some infected persons is characterized by anxiety and aggression. Whereas the other patients repeat specific gestures and questions, many of them misunderstand the explanation of what they hear or watch.
These kinds of reactions may lead to misunderstanding, depression and anxiety, specifically between the infected person by senility and the caring mate. It is important to realize that the infected person does not behave this way on purpose.

يلتحق جميع الأطفال تقريبًا بالصفوف الدراسية لمرحلة الروضة في عمر ست سنوات لإعدادهم للتعليم الإلزامي، ويكون ذلك عادةً لمدة ثلاث ساعات يوميًا وبدون أي رسوم تعليم.
Translation - English The house day care centers and the nursery schools handle the issue of teaching children in the nursery stage. The nursery schools accept the children from the age of one to five years. The local councils are committed to secure nursery schools for children whom their parents are occupied in work or studies. As for those children whom their parents do not work or with whom their parents are spending a parental vacation, it is their right to have 15 hour minimum weekly inside the nursery schools. Almost all the children join in the academic years for the kindergarten stage at the age of six years, for their preparation for the obligatory education. This is usually for three hours daily and without any educational fees.

ثم إذا كانت وظيفة المرآة كما يقول المحافظون بتقاليد لا معنى لها في عصرنا المجاهد نسبة للجهد العنيف للقوت والرزق والذي يقوم به الجميع دون سواء رجالا ونساء مضطرين إلى العمل السريع أم معرضين أنفسهن للهلاك تحت أقدام الأجيال القادمة المندفعة للنهوض والاكتمال في جميع الميادين. وأما إذا كانت وظيفة المرأة ليست إلا المنزل فتعود المرأة رغما عن نفسها إلى هذه الوظائف حتى إذا اقتحمت مؤقتا ميدانا آخر.
Translation - English We are the supporters of woman's full renaissance and her emancipation without exception. Leaning on the freedom of everybody to attain the culture and the education which he desires and tends to. Leaning on the direction which he desires without controlling the destiny of his scientific, intellectual, mental and spiritual life either as a man or a woman.
If the woman's job as the conservatives say- according to a nonsense traditions- in our striving age in proportion to the violent effort for food and livelihood which everybody is equally exerting, men and women. They are compelled either to rapid work or exposing themselves to destruction under the feet of the coming inflowing generations for the rise and perfection in all fields. If the woman's job is restricted only to the house then woman will return unwillingly to those jobs even if she temporarily plunged into another field.
