Translation - English If a business has temporary difficulty in its fund management, generally the business will only be able to overcome the crisis if its creditors are willing to inject funds into the company, satisfied that future profits will ensue. However, creditors fearing bankruptcy attempt to preserve only their stake as quickly as possible and if they move towards this precautionary recuperation of their credit there is a possibility that a business which would normally expect to recover will be cornered by an unavoidable bankruptcy. In order to escape such a situation and salvage the company it is highly important that creditors are unanimous in their actions and are prudent about precautionary claims on their credit. Due to its great effectiveness in preventing a business being cornered by bankruptcy, universal action from creditors salvages the business from its fund management crisis, while this universal action is in turn urged by the salvaging power of relief funding from main banks and the arbitration of stakeholder interests. In other words, it has come to be considered that main banks not only play a role in settling the capital constraints of a company with temporarily deteriorated fund management, but also help avoid the liquidation of an inefficient business.
