Tengo un lio con la frase siguiente:
MIEMBRO X recuerda que él es de la opinión que una compensación como la que se debate puede justificarse perfectamente por el interés que para los accionistas puede tener el que se formule una oferta que se considere razonable por aquellos.
¿Alguien me puede con "por el interés que para los accionistas puede tener el que se formule una oferta"?
