For me, it sounds better if you refer to the account, not the student. The idea is the same though. If you wanted to use students you could say:
students with late fees
On a separate note, I wouldn't use defaulter- that's usually used when talking about the foreign debt of a country, not an individual person. Slow payer doesn't indicate being late, just slow.

Some options...it is a bit tricky, it depends what comes afterwards on the page, is it names and numbers(in that case I would take the first option or some of the other options given by the previous answers). If it is just numbers I would take the second.
