Instituto Santa Catalina (ODB)
This one is probably for Argentines. I'm translating a cv and it has the same the school he attended with ODB after it in parentheses. Any ideas?

just a tip: The letters after a school can sometimes have to
do with the religious orders running that school. Santa Catalina de Siena in Argentina is run by Dominican nuns and has a webpage. Perhaps they can be asked.

Not completely sure but you can check this page:

maybe the school is a member of this religious congregation.
Hope it helps!

Our Daily Bread
There is an "ODB" which stands for "our daily bread"
literally translated it would mean: nuestro pan de cada día
The "Instituto Santa Catalina" would be a catholic school, belonging to the religious group ODB, in this case, I would not translate it, I'd leave it in English
A devotional from Our Daily Bread.
