they are charging him, so reimbursement doesn't really make sense.

thanks! that's the way it is done in the usa, and i am sure other countries, that's the whole idea behind insurance, and calling it something reimbursement isn't used in the usa.

justifiable claim for reimbursement (attached to invoice)
Hello,
This is proof from the hospital that you are to be reimbursed for the expenses you paid out (all medical services provided). That's probably why it's attached to the actual invoice.
It's not a "justification claim" because you're not trying to make a case that you should be reimbursed. Your case is already justified by what's being provided by the medical bill. Although rejection could always occur for whatever reason, there is not " insurance fight" going on. Your claim for reimbursement is already justified for all practical purposes.
I hope this helps.

supporting documentation/documents for reimbursement
it's enclosed in a letter. imo it's proof of the expenses, so it's a kind of supporting document for reimbursement

Discussion
I think I get it now it. Sorry to bother.
So, I'm wondering if in this case, "justificatif de remboursement" just simply means the patient's copy of the bill?
