While no qualifications have been certified, X'x results were sufficient for him to be awarded the following A level qualifications and grades... (sigue la lista de asignaturas y materias superadas)
Aunque qualifications podría traducirse por cualificaciones, grades sí que debe ser traducido por "calificaciones".. pero creo que "cualificaciones y calificaciones" no resulta muy acertado... Por otro lados no entiendo muy bien lo de "no qualifications have been certified"

: Correcto. El "A-level qualification" es el título o grado logrado por haber aprobado el curso a nivel bachillerato (más o menos) en una sola asignatura. "Grade" es la calificación final (A, B, C, etc.) del A-level.
