La primera es una receta para un dip. No suele traducirse. Y la segunda es una receta de pollo al estilo bbq, barbecue, a la barbocoa. Se diferencia de la barbacoa mexicana en la manera de construir la oración (si fuera el método de barbacoa que se utiliza en México, lo encontrarías como barbacoa de pollo (que es bastante raro), barbacoa de res, barbacoa de chivo o borrego (la más común y deliciosa de todas).
