我认为应该称为多磷酸盐。多磷酸是几个磷酸分子缩合脱水而成的产物。多磷酸盐是多磷酸的盐。当然也有不少人将同样的化合物称为多聚磷酸盐或聚磷酸盐，但它们不是规范的名称。可参考英汉化学化工词汇。
