It is quite simple a description of a colour echo-doppler or colour-doppler system but I am stumped!
I understand that doppler assesses the direction and velocity of the blood but the "super profum" part is more complicated.

the other possibility that is now dawning on me is that it might be an echo-doppler examination of the superficial venous system
