Hi everyone,

A long-time Trados user, I recently upgraded to Trados 2019, having waited a while in the hope that any bugs would have been resolved.

But almost every day it freezes and I am obliged to use the task manager to close it. This never happened with Trados 2017.

Any ideas? I have a fairly powerful computer running Windows 10 and Office 365.

Repair installation o install Trados all over again Jun 11, 2020

Hi Mark,

Have you try to repair the installation of Trados? Also, if that did not work, have you tried to uninstall it and then, install it again? Note that if you uninstall it completely, you have to deactivate the activation code before.

Regards.
