Thsnks to everybody for the suggestions.
However, tried/did everything, and all different browsers, but issue is still not fixed, hence still can’t log in to PoZ.com (writing this on ProZ mobile).
Also still no reply from support - which as a paying member is frustrating!

In the meantime, we applied a temporary solution, and everyone with a problem should be able to log in now.

Thanks to expressisverbis for raising this issue, I can confirm the fix works for now on Firefox (as I would otherwise be unable to post this reply).
Earlier, it wasn't working on any browser with any settings (I tried no less than five: Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Opera and Safari).

After clearing the cache and cookies, changing browsers, or trying to navigate in Incognito mode, technical problems should no longer occur. I believe this is due to the website's default settings and overall poor user experience.
