What translation project are you working on right now?
Small update for last year's one-million word behemoth of an RPG. The project that keeps on giving. :-) Earlier this year, I also translated a narrative puzzle game with an interesting historical setting.
Recently finished proofreading a point-and-click adventure game with a lot of witty, yet deep dialogue.
Marketing copy for a VR puzzle game. Can't wait to get a VR headset myself... Completed translation of a building game (63,000 words) and an open-world shooter (20,000 words). Time for a nice winter break! Recently finished about 40,000 words of a strategy RPG/adventure game, plus DLC/updates for several other games. This first quarter also saw the translation of a retreat centre's website, a console role-playing game, and a never-ending stream of mobile games, game updates and gaming-related marketing materials. I also edited & proofread an online shop's marketing copy. Note to self: Post here more often. ;) Translated 10,000 words of a children's city-building game. Makes you feel young again!
Translated an E-sports type indie game. Couch-coop is making a comeback!
Putting the finishing touches on 25,000 words of monolingual SEO copy in the field of tourism. According to wikipedia, that's a small novella. ;-)
Also finished translation of a nice little iPhone game and ended up playing it myself.
Finished a large batch of text for a social networking site.
Translating a translation agency's website. So meta.
(edited) Monolingual copy again, this time for summer and beach holidays.
Translating some text for an educational children's app, English to German. Monolingual copy for skiing and winter holidays.
2.000 words monolingual copy for a holiday home website. Makes you want to rent one yourself. :-)
