Multilingual Community Interpretation Services is a non-profit organization funded by the Ministry of Citizenship and Immigration. We strive to provide services in language interpretation, translation, audio/video transcription , and skills testing and training under grant and fee based programs. We are currently looking for Hungarian translators, and the applicant must have/be:
• A certified member of/or affiliated with a translation professional association (CTTIC, ATA, ITI, etc.) in languages where certifications or memberships are available
OR
• A university degree in Translation Studies (MA or BA)
OR
• A university degree in the target language with a combination of 2 years of documented translation experience.
OR
• A post-secondary diploma with a combination of2 years of documented translation experience.
OR
• 4 years of part time or 3 years of full time experience in the translation field.
