Im Zuge des Herrichten des Geländes wird die gesamte Oberflächenstruktur des Baufeldes abgeräumt.

Die Maßnahme ist wie folgt geplant:
Fällung der Bäume und Sträucher durch den ortsansässigen Forstbetrieb. Stubbenrodung und Oberbodenabfuhr durch einen zu beauftragenden Unternehmer.

235 Stromversorgung Die Elt.-Einspeisung für den Neubau der Vorschule erfolgt aus dem Altbau der Montgomery Schule oder aus der Station „Neue NAAFI“ (Mehrkosten 12.830,00 €). Die Entscheidung dazu wird in der AFU-Bau getroffen.
Vor dem Eingang der Montgomery School (Zaunseite) und im Bereich der neuen Parkplätze werden jeweils Kabel-Außenverteiler gesetzt.
Als Verbindungskabel zwischen der Station „Neue NAAFI“ und den beiden Außenverteilern wird ein Erdkabel NYCWY 4x120/70 mm² geplant.
Die Zuleitung für die NSHVT des Kindergartens erfolgt aus den Außenverteilern im Bereich der neuen Parkplätze mit einem Erdkabel NYCWY 4x50/25 mm².
236 Telekommunikation Zwischen dem Elt.-Raum des Kindergartens und dem Serverraum der Montgomery School wird ein Leerrohr verlegt.
Nach Vorgabe des Nutzers werden bauseits zwischen Kindergarten und Montgomery School entsprechende Kabel für Telefone und Computer in das Leerrohr eingezogen.
Der Anschluss in der Montgomery School erfolgt durch den Nutzer.

External junction boxes will be placed in front of the entrance of the Montgomery School (fence side) and in the area of the new parking spaces.
A ground cable of type NYCWY 4x120/70 mm² will be used as a connecting cable between „New NAAFI“ station and the two junction boxes.
The supply for the NSHVT of the Kindergarten will come from the junction boxes in the area of the new parking spaces by means of a ground cable, type NYCWY 4x50/25 mm².
236 Telecommunication An empty duct will be laid between the power supply room of the Kindergarten and the Server room of the Montgomery School.
