My name is Vladimir, some folks just call me Vlad. I am 38 years old, a freelance-freak ;) translator and writer.
I speak fluent English, which has been greatly improved during my 2-year visit to the U.S. Russian is my native tongue.
Since 2004, when I became a freelance translator, I have translated a wide variety of materials, from software user guides to power substation installation manuals.
My translator’s toolkit includes WordFast Pro, a few dictionaries, and document converters. Besides those, I’ve got SVN, Dropbox, and Google Drive to collaborate with colleagues over the Net.
