I have over 25 years of diverse experience in language services, media, and technology,
underpinned by a passion for innovation and advocacy. My career journey
encompasses roles in translation, editing, and content strategizing,
with a significant tenure in journalism. I have been a freelance translator and
editor since 2016.
As the Editor-in-Chief of Slovenia's leading legal journal, Pravna Praksa, for more
than a decade, I spearheaded its editorial direction. During my journalism
years, I also reported on a broad spectrum of topics for the country's most
prominent daily newspapers. My expertise spans international affairs and legal
issues, where I have written, edited, proofread, and published numerous
articles and books, as well as translated an extensive array of content.
My commitment to social justice is reflected in my volunteer work with Amnesty
International Slovenia, where I served as a chairperson and board member. I led
and developed various initiatives, advocating for human rights.
Academically, I hold a degree in political science focusing on international relations, which is complemented by a degree
