Турецкая баня (хаммам) сама по себе оказывает лечебное действие, являясь источником здоровья и прекрасного настроения. В хаммаме тепло передается телу обильным влажным паром. Это баня с невысокой температурой (обычно около 80 °С) и влажностью доходящей до 100%.
В турецкой бане лежанки выполнены из мрамора. Процедуры в турецком хаммаме сопровождаются механическим ручным пилингом и пенным массажем с применением натурального вручную сваренного мыла.
Прогревание приводит к благотворному изменению функционального состояния органов и систем организма, усилению обмена веществ, способствует развитию защитных и компенсаторных механизмов.
