Beyond the words,
translating is first of all the art of conveying a message - This is how I
understand my work as translator and interpreter. I am passionate about putting
my abilities and writing skills at the service of the texts and target
audience.
Over the years, I have acquired a strong experience in translation and copywriting.
While I am interested in and can professionally deal with a wide array of topics and fields of expertise, I am particularly efficient with transcreation, marketing- and arts-related translations since I can freely use my creativity and excellent writing skills. My ultimate goal when producing translations is adapting the source texts to the target readers - without changing neither the meaning nor the intention of the message - so that they do not realise they are reading a translation.
