Translation - English Section 66/1 The civil court has the power to mediate a legal dispute within the jurisdiction of the civil court, and the Supreme Administrative Court has the power to mediate a legal dispute within the jurisdiction of the Supreme Administrative Court, which is first sued to the Supreme Administrative Court.
Rules, procedure, and condition for legal dispute mediation shall be in accordance with the Supreme Judicial Council’s regulations in the Supreme Administrative Court.
Section 66/2 The Administrative Court has the power to mediate legal dispute within the jurisdiction of the Administrative Court as follows:
Legal cases regarding government agencies or government officials neglecting the duties as required by law to perform or performing such duties unreasonably delayed
Legal cases regarding acts of violation or another irresponsibility of administrative agencies or government officials
Legal cases regarding administrative contracts
Other legal cases as stipulated in the Supreme Judicial Council’s regulations in the Supreme Administrative Court.
