I am a NAATI certified German to English translator, and provide professional, high-quality translations with a short turnaround time.
I have wide-ranging professional experience, spanning academia, media, politics, the charity sector and language education. This has included
work in the House of Lords in the UK, as a media analyst in Germany, and as a researcher in Australia.
I have English and German speaking parents and have studied at universities in Australia, the UK, and Germany. Having lived in all three countries for extended periods of time, I have a deep cultural understanding of the countries as well as an excellent proficiency in English and German.
I hold a NAATI certification in translation from German to English and a Translating Skills for NAATI Certification from RMIT University. I am a current member of the Australian Institute of Interpreters and Translators.
I hold a BA(Hons) in Social Anthropology with German, an MSc in Globalisation and Development and have completed a PhD in political science at the University of Queensland. I now work full time as a translator and writer.
