Source text - Spanish El documento provisional tiene una vigencia de 5 días naturales contados a partir de la fecha que el mismo indica. Se previene a la persona extranjera en términos del artículo 17 de la Ley Federal del Procedimiento Administrativo a dar seguimiento al procedimiento indicado en esta área hasta en tanto no obtenga una determinación del interés superior de la niñez por parte de la Procuraduría de Protección correspondiente. El portador de este documento provisional deberá renovarlo dentro de los 3 días anteriores a la fecha de vencimiento.
Esta condición de estancia sólo se otorga mientras subsista el supuesto por el que se le autorizó y agotado el mismo, el Instituto deberá determinar la situación migratoria de la persona extranjera. Se autoriza el otorgamiento de la Condición de Estancia de Visitante por Razones Humanitarias por encontrarse en la hipótesis prevista en el artículo 52, fracción V, inciso b) de la Ley de Migración.
Translation - English The provisional document is valid for 5 calendar days from the indicated date. The foreign person is prevented in terms of article 17 of the Federal Law of Administrative Procedure to follow up on the procedure shown in this area until they obtain a determination of the best interests of the child by the corresponding Protection Attorney. The bearer of this provisional document must renew it within the 3 days prior to the expiration date.
This stay status is only granted while the case for which it was authorized subsists, and once it has been terminated, the Institute must determine the immigration status of the foreign person. The granting of the Status of Visitor Stay for Humanitarian Reasons is authorized given that it is in the hypothesis provided for in article 52, section V, subsection b) of the Migration Law.
