CONTRACTOR will provide procurement activities of purchasing, expediting, inspection, payment, transportation, importation, receiving, storage and further handing of the equipment, materials and the related services. All the procurement activities will be in accordance with the ITB documents and the technical requirements.
2.0 Procurement Resources
The procurement team which fits into the overall organization shall be established for the PROJECT, In this PROJECT the procurement executing team will consist of experienced personnel including procurement manager, procurement engineer, logistics and customs clearance engineer, together with warehouse operators and etc.
The procurement manager is responsible for all the procurement activities from purchasing to delivery to site, in which phase, he will coordinate engineering department and construction department to make procurement progress carried out reasonably and smoothly.

4.0 Procurement Management
4.1 Selection of Vendors
Selection of vendors will be performed as per OWNER’s requirement as well as regulations of Indonesian government. All of vendors of main equipments and materials shall be subject to OWNER’s approval before purchasing conducted.

2.0 Sumber Daya Pengadaan
Tim pengadaan yang sesuai dengan organisasi secara keseluruhan harus ditetapkan untuk keperluan PROYEK, dalam PROYEK ini tim pelaksana pengadaan terdiri dari personil yang berpengalaman termasuk manajer pengadaan, insinyur pengadaan, insinyur logistik dan bea cukai, bersama-sama dengan operator gudang dan lain-lain.
Manajer pengadaan bertanggung jawab atas semua kegiatan pengadaan mulai dari pembelian hingga pengiriman ke lapangan, dalam tiap tahapan, ia harus berkoordinasi dengan departemen teknik dan departemen konstruksi untuk melakukan kemajuan pengadaan yang dijalankan secara layak dan lancar.
