Sulla passerella Adriana Lima, Chanel Iman, Karolina Kurkova, Anja Rubik, cedono il ruolo di protagoniste alle meravigliose creazioni indossate. La sfilata si trasforma in performance, in spettacolo teatrale. The Angels, bellissime e sinuose modelle, incedono sicure su stiletti mozzafiato e altissime zeppe compatte, avvolte in mise da sogno.
È un connubio vincente di forme e colori quello tra abiti e calzature. Un accostamento di grande impatto, di cui senza dubbio il modello più sensazionale è l’altissimo stivale borchiato in camoscio nero, decorazioni Swarovski multicolor e intagli in nappa acqua marina indossato da Anja Rubik. Un pezzo unico e prezioso, un vero capolavoro dell’artigianalità made in Italy, tutto decorato a mano, declinato secondo la fantasia del famoso marchio di abbigliamento e lingerie.
Ospite d’onore la cantante americana Katy Perry, che non ha smentito la fama di grande fan dello stilista italiano. Adriana Lima, Chanel Iman, Karolina Kurkova, and Anja Rubik had to share the limelight with the wondrous creations they donned to come down the catwalk in a fashion event that had all the hallmarks of a truly show-stopping theatrical performance. The stunningly beautiful and oh-so-sultry Angels worked their modeling magic as they strutted confidently down the catwalk in sensational stilettos and sky-high solid wedge heels, sheathed in to-die-for lingerie ensembles.
Clothes and shoes were teamed together in an exciting mix of shapes and colors that worked to extravagant perfection. The overall effect was one truly attention-grabbing combination after the other, the star of which was without doubt the towering black suede studded boot with psychedelic Swarovski diamante detailing and aquamarine nappa inlays showcased by Anja Rubik. This singularly exquisite creation is the ultimate in Made in Italy craftsmanship, decorated entirely by hand and echoing the inspired and imaginative creations of the world-famous clothing and lingerie brand.
Guest star for the night, US pop sensation Katy Perry, lived up to her reputation as one of the Italian fashion designer’s biggest fans, taking to the catwalk in two Giuseppe Zanotti Design creations. For one performance she wore a funky pair of hot pink suede, peep-toe ankle boots with contrasting laces, then followed it with a fierce pair of black patent leather boots teamed with a yellow bustier minidress.
